Welcome to the Weekly Digest!

For the next two weeks we will take a break from Ephesians for our Better Together series. Read Ruth in preparation for next week's teaching.

Journal Prompts

* A quick note on journaling: the most important step to forming this discipline in your life is to write anything and write often. Journaling is an incredible way to slow down, digest the content of a text, let your brain internalize thoughts that may come up, and keep a record for future reflection on what God was speaking to you during your reading. Journaling can take many forms such as written prayers, bullet points, stream of consciousness, or even poetry. Try some different methods and find the one that works best for you.

What is the defining marker of our lives as Christ followers? When that truth is realized how does that redefine our relationships?

In your own words explain Paul’s “But now” statement.

Who are you people? Is this pleasing to God?

Make a list of areas in your life that need to be submitted to the Lordship of Christ?

Become intentional in forming a relationship with someone that is radically different then you.

What does God want you to know?

What does God want you to do?
