Day Twenty-two

LORD, we are fickle beings, quick to praise in one moment and quick to condemn and curse the next. No matter how many times you prove your worthiness, holiness, and majesty, we quickly forget at the moment of hardship, confusion, or persecution. So, today, in this moment, no matter what my circumstance is, I declare that you are my King, you are worthy of all my attention, praise, and affection, and I am wholly devoted to you. Give me the strength to live in this truth every moment of every day.
