Go Day | Block Party

Through our monthly Go Day events, we look for creative opportunities to share the gospel and meet needs in our community, equipping our church to live on mission. Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 5:20, “we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.” With that in mind, we’ve got an exciting opportunity to share:

This summer, the town of Anderson has been throwing weekly block parties with live music, games, and food trucks at Carolina Wren Park each Thursday. On August 13th, we’re going to join the festivities by handing out water and hotdogs, and seeking opportunities to engage with and pray for members of our community.
