Fostering the Family Awareness Event

Fostering the Family builds communities to support foster families in our church and community who are on the front lines of serving vulnerable children. Serving as a foster family is tough. Without support, it can feel nearly impossible to continue. In fact, the national average of families who continue fostering after their first year is about 50%, but when supported, 90% continue fostering.

Psalm 68:6 tells us that God sets the lonely in families. It is our goal to wrap around these foster families to provide direct support through prayer, offering our time, and meeting their tangible needs.

This a great alternative to serve if you want to support these children and families but aren’t called to be a foster parent yourself, and there are multiple different ways you can help! Please join us for an awareness event on Sunday, October 11 at 6:00 PM to learn more about the need for this ministry. Dinner and childcare will be provided, and there will be giveaways at the end of the evening! Click the button to RSVP below.
